Allan Lutes
Founder and Principal
The company is led by its founder and President, Allan Lutes. Allan's early successes as a professional property manager and licensed real estate broker led to the launch of his Ann Arbor, Michigan based construction company in 1989. Now operated as Alpha Design+Build, the company is one of Southeast Michigan's premier custom building and remodeling companies, focusing on the design and construction of high-end residential and commercial projects.
In 2006, Allan created a division within his real estate company to focus on the professional management of fraternity and sorority properties. Alpha Fraternity Management provides clients with actionable budgets and financial reports, member communications, AR/AP services, facility management, and real estate/construction services, nationwide.
Today, Allan continues to propel his brokerage, consulting, and real estate management businesses to higher levels of success, including the oversight of 760 apartments and 80,000 sq. ft. of commercial space in downtown Detroit.
